As Principal Procurement Enablement Lead, you will lead innovative initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure the supply chain delivers maximum value to drive the business forward.

Principal Procurement Enablement Lead, Core Responsibilities:
- Lead SRM Transformation: Oversee the development and implementation of an industry-leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, driving measurable improvements and supplier performance.
- Shape Supplier Strategy: Align suppliers with strategic goals through innovative processes that enhance resilience, mitigate risks, and unlock greater value through collaboration and tailored training.
- Champion Sustainability: Lead the adoption of ethical standards, sustainable sourcing practices, and the measurement of Scope 3 emissions to integrate sustainability into the heart of procurement strategies.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the development of category management, supplier risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead of market trends and ensure supply chain resilience.
- Inspire Excellence: Build and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous growth, and impactful change.
Principal Procurement Enablement Lead, Required Background:
- Proven experience in senior procurement or supply chain management, with a track record of transforming procurement functions within a complex, global organization.
- Expertise in developing supplier assurance programs and supplier performance management, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with experience managing complex supplier agreements and building strategic, long-term relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, industry regulations, and best practices, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for sustainability, with the ability to champion initiatives that promote ethical sourcing and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire teams and engage stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
